Gather your group and schedule to meet once a month thereafter for a health topic discussion and pamper time. This works well for women's groups, Sunday School groups and neighborhood friends.
Fees based on the needs of the group, number of participants, and venue. All workshops customizable for one on one health coach counseling for individuals, families as well as groups.
