A heath and wellness coach is a partner, working with clients to create a personalized plan for wellness in all aspects of their life. This is a self-led plan, created between the client and coach to make sure it aligns with your values and lifestyle.
All coaching revolves around the concepts of the acronym L.E.A.N., which stands for lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition. This is not a diet plan or a workout routine, but rather
a way of attending to the body, mind and spirit with equal care.

After a series of health concerns dictated a shift in Diana's lifestyle and diet, she became passionate about serving and assisting others in their journey to health. Diana's approach is judgement free, with gentleness and compassion for real life obstacles. She adheres to the theory of choosing the best option in the moment, starting each day fresh without shame or guilt and caring for yourself with intentionality. She advocates for a lifestyle of vibrancy and health in the way you live, eat, think and move your body.
After completing her health coach training at the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in 2016, Diana started Alacritas Health. It is a holistic coaching service that works one on one with individuals, families, and corporations to facilitate healthy lifestyles. Alacritas Health offers group workshops and individual coaching.
